Being truly healthy in today’s society is rare and valuable.

In being well, you are a gift to the world.

This short blog cuts through the contradictory, incomplete information you have read about health and wellbeing — by sharing the single principle underlying change and transformation in our universe.

Applying it to your life will support the creation of a more beautiful world that our hearts know is possible.

This principle? Resonance.

Resonate: changing the way change happens

This is the most powerful and potentially transformative idea of our time.

(Big claim, I know, but hear me out)

Your mind, body, and heart are one integrated system.

When this whole system is in balance and working harmoniously your whole conscious experience of life is transformed. From an inner sense of lack and dis-ease towards abundance, joy, and a limitless capacity to feel and express love.

It is Mind-body practices that help us to embody purpose and wellbeing as we start naturally vibrate with the change that is ours to make.

We come into harmony with ourselves, and with the world around us . This fundamentally shifts how we relate to ourselves, our communities, and the biosphere as a whole.

It is our interconnectedness that makes real change possible.

Here’s how…

Becoming a resonant human being to become a pioneer of the possible.

Resonance is a FACT, not a belief system or wishful thinking, it’s how change happens at all levels of reality — from the sub-atomic to the galactic!

It’s key to the transformation that is needed in our world today.

Do not underestimate the impact you can have as a fully integrated and resonant individual.

Every single person who is doing this work inspires others to follow suit. Once a tipping point of resonant individuals and communities is reached; we can positively change the global situation.

Effective change agents must understand how change actually happens in the universe and embody it.

“Both Western and Eastern views provide crucial pieces to the puzzle of how we resonate and create resonance. The Western View helps us to understand resonance objectively; Eastern practices help us embody it subjectively. It’s a good thing that humanity took two different roads to understanding the universe, and that we live at a time when we can use both.”

Clear as a Bell

A bell that is whole and unimpeded, when struck, produces a chime that resonates.

If you then stuffed the bell with cotton wool, the bell would lose its resonance or not chime at all.

A ringing bell is a wonderful metaphor for resonance in our lives.

The bell is an optimally functioning mind and body.

Our deepest fears, traumas, conditioning, and life experiences dull our resonance. They create tension, contraction, tightness in our mind-body systems that inhibit and impede the free flow of energy.

This is important because…

“ Mind is an embodied, relational process that regulates energy flow” — Dr. Daniel Siegal, Clinical Professor at UCLA School of Medicine.

The optimally functioning and happy mind has a limitless creative capacity and potential to manifest positive change — whilst inspiring those who resonate (!) with us to do the same.

With tension and cohesion in our system, our hearts and mind operate far from full capacity. Our inner resistance gets in the way of life being lived to its fullest expression.

Life is most significant when you are vibrating with what it is that you are here to do.

We each have a miraculous mind-body INSTRUMENT. Inherently whole; nothing is broken with us but we may need to tune our instruments to become more resonant beings!

If we can integrate, harmonize, and clear the blocks in our energy we can re-awaken an inner, natural capacity to dance with life and feel its rhythm. We vibrate with universal frequency.

Energy can flow through us, as the incredibly differentiated instruments that we are — so we can add what is uniquely ours to the game.

Your optimal function makes you a gift to the world. Find your practice. Find peace and harmony. Resonate to play your part in bringing positive change into our world.

“Everything relies on everything else in the cosmos in order to manifest — whether a star, a cloud, a flower, a tree, or you and me.”

— Thich Nhat Hanh
